We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

- Free on all orders over AED 120
- Delivery time: 2–3 business days
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or UAE public holidays will be processed the next business day.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- A photo of the damaged item or packaging

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
Return shipping is covered by Yesora Beauty — you will not be charged for return delivery.
